It offers real estate professionals access to property, market and location data – an important success factor for researchers, project developers, banks and financiers, asset managers, valuers, brokers and investors. Visionaere developed a modular design system for the real estate professionals and data specialists that showcases their data diversity and usability, while at the same time underlining their affiliation with the IZ Group.

Typography and color system

As a data specialist in the IZ Immobilien Zeitung publishing company, IZ Research wants to make the brand values of innovation and reliability visible in the design. After a lean brand process, Visionaere developed a design system that visualizes the analytical, fact-based and service-oriented approach of IZ Research with the help of modern typography and a striking color system, while at the same time effectively supporting goal conversion in communication. the geometric-rational design language of the font with open, friendly details, round i-dots and partially circular letter outlines harmonizes perfectly with the graphic design language of the design system.

As the research toolkit of the real estate newspaper, IZ Research uses the publicity of the publishing media to continuously increase awareness of the innovative data platform. Based on the strategic goals of IZ Research, Visionaere modernized the corporate design and documented the new standards in a detailed corporate design manual. The applications defined therein range from print advertisements and print publications to digital formats such as mailings, social media formats and presentations.
