To date, Lui Sykes has documented 844 unique varieties of vegetables, fruits, herbs, mushrooms and nuts that cannot be found on supermarket shelves. The special treat: they were not only photographed, but also artfully prepared and enjoyed! Visionaere is responsible for the visual design behind the project and the development of the website.

Manual minimalism

Visionaere developed a design that stays in the background to leave the big stage to the grandiose natural objects. A latent retro touch takes us out of the digital world and into the physical world, where plants are nurtured, harvested, their fruits sold and artfully prepared according to seasonal recipes. Classically elegant typography, subtle lines, fine vintage illustrations: These are the basic ingredients of the visual recipe that whets the appetite for fruit & dishes. The logo combines a stamped look with a floral emblem.

Analog ambassadors
of enjoyment

To make the project known not only digitally, various analog applications were created. For example, the magnificent natural products adorn the backs of the business cards – illustrating the fantastic diversity of the Greenmarket.
